Confined Space – 1 Day Course

Please remember, this course qualifies personnel to work in a confined space ONLY.  This person is not accredited to act as a standby person, gas test the space or act in the rescue role.  This is a very limited accreditation, and you must have other personnel in the team trained to a higher standard. The 1 Day Confined Space Training course is designed for organizations that based on their own risk assessment determine the need for this minimum level of training. The training is compliant with “The Core Training Elements for the National Standard for Safe Working in a Confined Space” and the training also covers the Australian Standard AS/NZ 2865 (2009) Safe Working in a Confined Space. This is not a Sydney Water compliant confined space training programme.

This is a competency based programme, practical skills need to be achieved after classroom presentation of information. Skill competency can only be achieved via repetition of skills until competency demonstrated.
