Once you have decided to do a either a confined space or safe work at heights course with us and you know the date/s are available from speaking with us previously, please complete our Course Booking Form.

The Course Booking Form provides us with all your company or business details, postal address, billing address, who is attending as well as how you wish to pay for the course. We only set up accounts for regular clients, otherwise you can pay via credit card or advise us to send an invoice which will allow you then to either EFT or send a cheque prior to the course commencement date. Please ensure you PRINT CLEARLY on the form to enable us to read it without making an error.

Companies with accounts, PLEASE ensure you include a PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER with all bookings.

Lunch: Lunch is not provided at this venue, you will need to bring your own lunch or purchase from the café close by. Tea and coffee facilities are available.

Off-site Requirements: For all off-site training, a whiteboard, chairs and tables, pens & electricity need to be supplied by the venue. A data projector & laptop will be supplied by SST. Please advise if you cannot supply these items.

Please note: A cancellation fee will be applied at $50.00 per person if the course is cancelled within 2 days’ notice of scheduled start date & time. A cancellation fee of 75% of the full course cost will be charged if the course is cancelled within 24 hours of the course start date & time. If the course is re-booked & completed, 50% of the cancellation fee will be credited back to the customer’s account.
